As frequent travelers ourselves, we started hosting over six years ago with a simple goal: to create the kind of experience we always looked for — welcoming, reliable, and thoughtfully designed. Since then, we’ve proudly maintained a 5.0-star rating on Airbnb, built on consistency, responsiveness, and personal attention.

Every detail of our listings is carefully chosen — from location to layout — with an understanding of what makes a stay feel effortless, whether you're visiting with children, arriving late after a long flight, or needing a peaceful place to work and recharge.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Cleanliness is a top priority.
• Apartments are thoroughly cleaned and prepared before each stay.
• Guests are expected to maintain the apartment’s condition throughout their stay.
• For stays longer than 7 days, weekly cleaning is required to ensure continued comfort and hygiene, this helps us keep the apartment in excellent condition for both you and future guests. A USD 15 cleaning fee applies per session. We agree together on a convenient cleaning time. 

Extra Services

• Additional Cleaning: Weekly cleaning required for stays over 10 days (USD 15 per session)
• Children’s Furniture: Crib, highchair, and small bathtub available (USD 5/night each)
• Club Access (Pool & Gym) for Karma Residence apartments only: USD 4/day per adult USD 2/day per child

Security & Privacy

• The compound is monitored by 24/7 with security personnel and CCTV cameras for guest safety.
• Each home also has an external camera installed above the entrance. It does not face the door, in order to respect guest privacy, but provides added security by monitoring the general approach area. No indoor or internal cameras are present — your privacy is fully respected inside the unit.

• Our neighborhood is not affected by Egypt’s scheduled power outages — ensuring uninterrupted comfort during your stay.
